INGREDIENTS
- 0.25oz lime juice
- 2oz serrano cucumber brine (recipe below)
- Cruz Blanca Chelada Lime + Sea Salt Lager
- salt rim
- lime wedge for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Rim the glass. Fill a 16oz glass with ice. Add lime juice and serrano cucumber brine. Top with Chelada. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
SERRANO CUCUMBER BRINE
YIELDS: 24 drinks
INGREDIENTS
- one large cucumber
- 16oz green olive brine
- two serrano chiles, deseeded
- one-half bunch cilantro, chop off most of stem. Leaves with stems are OK.
- two teaspoons salt
- lime wedge for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Purée until super smooth. When properly stored, this mixture will keep in the refrigerator for up to one month.
