Cucumber Michelada

Refresh your summer with a Cucumber Michelada that melds the crispness of cucumber and the tang of lime with our signature Lime + Sea Salt Chelada. It’s a rejuvenating concoction that promises to enliven your senses and elevate your festive spirits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25oz lime juice
  • 2oz serrano cucumber brine (recipe below)
  • Cruz Blanca Chelada Lime + Sea Salt Lager
  • salt rim
  • lime wedge for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim the glass. Fill a 16oz glass with ice. Add lime juice and serrano cucumber brine. Top with Chelada. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

SERRANO CUCUMBER BRINE

YIELDS: 24 drinks

INGREDIENTS

  • one large cucumber
  • 16oz green olive brine
  • two serrano chiles, deseeded
  • one-half bunch cilantro, chop off most of stem. Leaves with stems are OK.
  • two teaspoons salt
  • lime wedge for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Purée until super smooth. When properly stored, this mixture will keep in the refrigerator for up to one month.
